Responsibilities

• Lead functional testing for Core Banking Oracle FLEXCUBE implementations.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for banking modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing scope and requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing aligned with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Mentor junior testers and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and verify fixes.
• Support automation strategy integration for functional test suites.
• Contribute to client onsite engagements in Mumbai and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Core Banking functional testing, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Strong domain knowledge in retail and corporate banking products.
• Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management tools.
• Experience with agile/waterfall methodologies and distributed teams.
• Proficiency in SQL and banking domain regulations (e.g., RBI guidelines).
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing roles in Mumbai.
