Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules.
• Configure and customize Oracle Financials including GL, AP, AR, and FA.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis with clients.
• Design functional solutions and develop user requirements documents.
• Provide hands-on support during testing, UAT, and go-live phases.
• Train end-users and create comprehensive documentation.
• Engage with clients to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance implementations.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Proven track record of 5+ full-cycle implementations.
• Strong functional consulting and client-facing skills.
• Oracle EBS Finance certification preferred.
