Overview

We are seeking a Principal Consultant - Flexcube to serve as FLEXCUBE Technical Support Lead, managing and supporting non-production environments for Oracle’s flagship core banking solution. You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless system availability. Your expertise in FLEXCUBE database design and environment orchestration will maintain stability for development and testing teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support non-production FLEXCUBE environments end-to-end.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for technical issues in FLEXCUBE systems.
• Ensure high availability and stability of FLEXCUBE for dev/test teams.
• Design, optimize, and maintain FLEXCUBE database structures.
• Orchestrate environment configurations and deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve system blockers.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor system performance and generate reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with FLEXCUBE core banking solution.
• Strong expertise in FLEXCUBE database design and SQL/PL-SQL.
• Proven track record in technical support lead roles.
• Proficiency in Oracle database administration and tuning.
• Experience with environment orchestration and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
