Responsibilities

• Lead Fusion ERP Cloud implementations for Finance and PPM modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis with clients.
• Design and configure cloud solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide hands-on guidance during system setup and testing.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
• Support go-live activities and post-implementation optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful deployments.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, preferably Fusion Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Finance (GL, AP/AR, FA) or PPM modules.
• Proven track record as lead consultant in large-scale projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and client-facing communication skills.
• Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., HCM, ERP Financials) preferred.
• Willingness to travel within India as needed.
