Overview
Principal Consultant for NetSuite Professional Services Team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Work night shift to deliver expert implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions for global clients. Drive complex projects from consulting to go-live, ensuring maximum business value and client success.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and testing.
- Design and customize NetSuite modules such as Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and CRM.
- Develop SuiteScripts, workflows, and integrations using SuiteTalk APIs and REST services.
- Conduct gap analysis, solution architecture, and provide best-practice recommendations.
- Manage client workshops, training sessions, and user adoption strategies during night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support post-go-live stabilization.
- Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
- Stay updated on NetSuite releases, SuiteCloud platform, and Oracle ecosystem advancements.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience with 3+ full-cycle implementations.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or SuiteCloud Developer certifications required.
- Expertise in SuiteScript 2.0, JavaScript, SQL, and integration tools like Boomi or Celigo.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Financials, SuiteCommerce, and industry-specific solutions.
- Proven project management skills with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to work night shifts (IST).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience with Oracle products or cloud ERP systems is a plus.
