Overview

Principal Consultant leading end-to-end OBDX digital banking deliveries for North America and LATAM. Drives solution architecture, technical leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Owns scalable, high-performance designs leveraging OBDX, Java, web technologies, and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OBDX implementation for digital banking platforms.
• Design scalable solution architectures using OBDX and Java technologies.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams across projects.
• Engage with stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
• Drive high-performance system integrations with enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices adoption.
• Oversee deployments and optimizations for North America and LATAM clients.
• Conduct technical reviews and resolve complex production issues.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in OBDX digital banking implementations.
• Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and web technologies (React/Angular).
• Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise integration.
• Strong leadership in agile delivery for global banking clients.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices.
• Excellent communication for stakeholder management across regions.
