Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Millennium solutions for Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. The ideal candidate will drive successful implementations, ensuring compliance with federal standards and optimal system performance. Join our team to deliver mission-critical healthcare technology to government partners across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and configuration of Oracle Health Millennium solutions tailored to federal healthcare requirements.
  • Manage activation and go-live processes for Oracle implementations in DoD, VA, Coast Guard, and IHS environments.
  • Provide expert consulting and technical support during all phases of project delivery.
  • Collaborate with federal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable solution designs.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and optimization to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions for end-users and agency personnel.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and implement enhancements to improve system functionality.
  • Ensure adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and Oracle best practices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health (Cerner Millennium) solutions, with federal healthcare exposure preferred.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale Oracle implementations in government or defense sectors.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Health configuration, activation, and support methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of federal healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA) and DoD/VA systems.
  • Excellent consulting skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field; relevant certifications required.
