Overview

We are seeking an experienced Principal Consultant specializing in Oracle Health Anatomic Pathology to design, configure, activate, and support EHR (Millennium) implementations. This role focuses on delivering solutions for Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Join our team to drive impactful healthcare transformations in mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Oracle Health Millennium Anatomic Pathology modules for federal healthcare systems.
  • Lead implementation, activation, and go-live processes for EHR solutions across DoD, VA, USCG, and IHS.
  • Provide expert consulting on workflow optimization and system customization for anatomic pathology.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution architecture for client needs.
  • Deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to agency staff and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with federal regulations and security standards.
  • Stay current on Oracle Health updates and contribute to best practices for pathology integrations.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health Millennium, with focus on Anatomic Pathology.
  • Proven track record delivering EHR solutions in federal healthcare environments (DoD, VA preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of pathology workflows, LIS integration, and Millennium configuration.
  • Strong consulting skills with ability to manage client relationships and project timelines.
  • Federal clearance eligibility (Secret or higher) and familiarity with HIPAA/FISMA compliance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in high-stakes settings.
