Overview

Oracle is looking for an experienced Point of Care Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) implementations. You will work across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Responsibilities

• Design and configure Point of Care modules within Oracle Health EHR (Millennium).
• Lead implementation and activation of POC solutions for Federal healthcare agencies.
• Provide expert consulting on workflow optimization and system integration.
• Conduct system testing, validation, and go-live support for deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet agency requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Develop training materials and deliver sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, FISMA).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) Point of Care implementations.
• Proven track record delivering solutions for DoD, VA, or other Federal agencies.
• Deep expertise in POC workflows, Order Management, and Clinical Documentation.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare IT standards and Federal compliance requirements.
• Excellent consulting skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or related field; certifications preferred.
