Overview

Seeking an experienced Principal Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health Population Health solutions for Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. This role involves leading implementations to enhance population health management across government healthcare systems. Responsibilities

• Design and architect Oracle Health Population Health solutions tailored to Federal agency requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle platforms to support population health analytics and management.
• Lead activation and go-live processes for Oracle implementations across DoD, VA, Coast Guard, and IHS.
• Provide expert consulting on best practices for Oracle Population Health deployment and optimization.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution roadmap development with stakeholders.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to agency teams on Oracle tools and workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure compliance with Federal regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing maintenance and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Health or Cerner solutions, with focus on Population Health.
• Proven track record implementing Oracle systems for Federal healthcare agencies (DoD, VA preferred).
• Deep expertise in Oracle configuration, activation, and population health management modules.
• Strong understanding of Federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, HITRUST).
• Excellent consulting skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related field; Oracle certifications required.
