Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a proven track record in full-cycle implementations, business process analysis, configuration, testing, and user support. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementations of Oracle OTL and Absence Management modules.
• Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering for HCM clients.
• Configure and customize Time & Labor and Absence modules to meet client needs.
• Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support and user training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OTL with other HCM modules.
• Develop and document functional specifications and solution designs.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with 5+ years in OTL and Absence Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of full project lifecycle from design to go-live.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and gap analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
