Oracle is seeking a Principal Consultant in South Africa to drive FLEXCUBE core banking implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in FLEXCUBE software and Studio for customizations. Join our dynamic team to deliver innovative banking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects for clients.
- Customize and extend FLEXCUBE using FLEXCUBE Studio tools.
- Configure core banking modules including deposits, loans, and payments.
- Conduct system testing, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in FLEXCUBE core banking implementations.
- Expertise in FLEXCUBE Studio for custom development.
- Strong knowledge of core banking processes and modules.
- Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
- Proven project leadership and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
