Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal Consultant for NetSuite consulting in Tokyo, Japan. In this role, you will lead complex NetSuite implementations, provide strategic advisory services, and drive client success through customized ERP solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects for mid-to-large enterprises.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, and Procurement.
• Develop and integrate custom scripts, workflows, and SuiteApps using SuiteScript.
• Provide training, change management, and post-go-live support to clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams effectively.
• Advise clients on NetSuite best practices, optimizations, and upgrade strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support pre-sales activities and RFPs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite consulting or implementation experience.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Functional Consultant certifications.
• Proven track record leading 5+ full-cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite integrations (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills; ability to work in Tokyo.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
