Oracle is seeking a Principal NetSuite Consultant in Tokyo, Japan, to lead high-impact implementations and optimizations for enterprise clients. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from discovery to go-live and support.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Financials, CRM, and Procurement.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Develop and integrate SuiteScripts, workflows, and REST APIs for advanced functionality.
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources as a senior consultant.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize NetSuite performance post-implementation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales activities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of NetSuite consulting experience with proven implementation success.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, or Administrator certification required.
• Strong expertise in SuiteCloud platform, scripting, and integrations.
• Experience with SuiteCommerce, SuiteAnalytics, and industry-specific solutions.
• Excellent Japanese and English communication skills for client engagement.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
