Responsibilities

• Consult with Oracle Health Cerner customers to optimize EHR systems and workflows.
• Assess client needs and recommend best-practice solutions within product/technology families.
• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of EHR optimizations.
• Provide expert guidance on multiple business processes and technology integrations.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and deliver project documentation, roadmaps, and optimization reports.
• Stay current on industry trends and Oracle Health Cerner product updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in EHR consulting, preferably with Oracle Health Cerner.
• Deep understanding of healthcare business processes and EHR optimization.
• Proven track record delivering consulting services in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of multiple Oracle Health Cerner product/technology families.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
