Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal Consultant to serve as a Learning Leader, spearheading the delivery of end-user training for federal clients across the United States. In this role, you will manage high-performing teams, drive user adoption of Oracle solutions, and cultivate strong client partnerships to ensure project success. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive end-user training programs for Oracle technologies tailored to federal clients.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams of trainers, instructional designers, and support staff to achieve training objectives.
  • Drive adoption of Oracle solutions through targeted learning strategies, change management, and performance metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with federal clients, understanding their needs to deliver customized training solutions.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure training initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Develop and implement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning, virtual instructor-led sessions, and hands-on workshops.
  • Collaborate with Oracle product teams and client stakeholders to align training content with software updates and business goals.
  • Analyze training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and adoption rates, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with proven success leading training for enterprise software implementations.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM) and federal government compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ in a consulting or federal services environment.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities, with a track record of driving adoption in complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Oracle ACE, ATD Master Trainer, or PMP.
