Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal Customer Success Services Engineer specializing in OIC PaaS & Apps development to drive customer success in India. In this role, you will lead integration projects, optimize Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of PaaS and application services. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end OIC PaaS implementations for customer success initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and architect scalable app solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers on PaaS projects.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues in OIC environments and ensure high availability.
  • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for customer adoption.
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize integrations for cost-efficiency.
  • Contribute to product feedback loops and innovation in customer services.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on PaaS and cloud integrations.
  • Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Cloud Applications.
  • Proficiency in Java, REST APIs, SOAP, and middleware technologies.
  • Strong experience with Agile methodologies and customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle enterprise-scale projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
