Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction projects, from planning to handover.
• Manage executive stakeholders, aligning project goals with Oracle's cloud infrastructure strategy.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, mitigating risks to meet aggressive timelines.
• Drive cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, for seamless execution.
• Monitor project health through KPIs, budgets, and quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with local authorities for compliance and permits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in data center construction or large-scale infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and methodologies (PMP/Agile).
