Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex data center construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scopes, timelines, and success metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee performance of construction partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and operations.
• Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and implement cost-saving measures.
• Drive continuous improvement in data center delivery processes and standards.
• Report progress to senior leadership and provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center construction, infrastructure delivery, or large-scale project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record managing $50M+ projects with enterprise technology clients.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation expertise.
• Deep knowledge of data center design, MEP systems, and construction best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder engagement.
