Overview

The Principal DevSecOps Engineer leads the design and implementation of secure, automated infrastructure frameworks for Oracle Fusion SaaS. This role bridges development, security, and operations to embed compliance, observability, and resilience across the cloud lifecycle. You’ll partner with teams to advance DevSecOps practices, policy-as-code, and AI-driven automation, with expertise in OCI, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of secure infrastructure frameworks for Oracle Fusion SaaS.
• Embed compliance, observability, and resilience into every stage of the cloud lifecycle.
• Partner with Product, Platform, and Security teams to advance DevSecOps practices.
• Implement policy-as-code and continuous security validation mechanisms.
• Enable ML engineering workflows and AI/agent-driven automation for detection and remediation.
• Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines using OCI, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• Drive database security and CSSAP compliance initiatives.
• Mentor teams on MLOps best practices and intelligent infrastructure optimization.

Qualifications

• Expertise in OCI, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience in DevSecOps practices and policy-as-code.
• Proficiency in securing cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with MLOps, ML engineering workflows, and AI automation.
• Knowledge of database security and CSSAP compliance standards.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional team collaboration.
