Responsibilities

• Provide expert support for Oracle EBS HRMS and HCM modules, resolving complex technical issues.
• Configure, customize, and optimize HRMS/HCM systems to meet client business needs.
• Conduct system implementations, upgrades, and patches for EBS environments.
• Analyze client requirements and design tailored HR solutions using Oracle tools.
• Troubleshoot and debug performance issues in production HRMS systems.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to client teams on Oracle HCM functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules.
• Document solutions, processes, and best practices for ongoing client support.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS HRMS/HCM Consultant.
• Deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and Fusion HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Forms/Reports development.
• Proven track record of successful HRMS implementations and support projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical puzzles.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing support and training.
