Oracle, a global technology leader, seeks a Principal eBS/SaaS Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for our Customer Success Services team in India. Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle eBS and SaaS Fusion HCM modules.
• Design, develop, and customize HCM solutions including workflows and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in client environments.
• Conduct system configurations, testing, and deployment for HCM implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored support services.
• Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations for eBS and Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Develop reports, BI Publisher, and OTBI analytics for HCM data insights.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle eBS and Fusion HCM techno-functional roles.
• Expertise in HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent Management.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, OIC, and HCM Extracts.
• Strong experience with integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and PaaS tools.
• Proven track record in support, implementations, and client-facing projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site.
