Overview

This role leads end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects at Oracle, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality construction and capacity expansion across multiple global sites. You will manage complex programs involving cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to scale Oracle's cloud infrastructure. Based in the United Kingdom, this position drives strategic initiatives for reliable, sustainable data center growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center construction, fit-out, and capacity expansion projects globally.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to meet KPIs.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies for infrastructure delivery.
• Report program status to senior leadership and stakeholders with clear metrics and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in data centers or hyperscale infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including power, cooling, networking, and sustainability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.
