Overview

Oracle is seeking a Principal ERP Consultant - NetSuite to join our team in Brazil as a Functional Consultant for NetSuite. In this role, you will lead implementations, optimize ERP solutions, and drive client success with NetSuite's cloud-based platform. Leverage your expertise to deliver tailored configurations and ensure seamless business transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations for enterprise clients across Brazil.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules including Finance, CRM, and Procurement.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Provide functional consulting and training to client teams on NetSuite best practices.
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party applications using SuiteScript and APIs.
• Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.
• Optimize NetSuite performance through data migration and workflow automation.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales activities and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional consulting experience.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant certification required.
• Proven experience in NetSuite implementations in Finance or Supply Chain modules.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian fiscal regulations and ERP compliance.
• Excellent Portuguese and English communication skills; Spanish a plus.
