Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Financial Analyst with extensive experience in Data Center Infrastructure CapEx, including networking, electrical, mechanical materials, and 3rd party costs. In this role, you will drive financial performance by integrating expertise with OCI's Delivery & Construction Org for Data Center and Co-Location Builds. As a strategic partner to engineering, planning, procurement, and construction teams, you will enable data-driven decisions on capital allocation, CapEx forecasting, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed CapEx budgets for data center infrastructure projects, including networking, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Forecast cash flows and analyze variances for OCI Delivery & Construction initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and procurement teams to optimize 3rd party costs and material expenses.
• Provide financial insights to support data center and co-location build decisions.
• Conduct scenario analysis for capital allocation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to track project financial performance and KPIs.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on CapEx trends and forecasts.
• Drive process improvements in financial planning and reporting for infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in financial analysis, with focus on Data Center CapEx.
• Deep knowledge of networking, electrical, mechanical infrastructure, and 3rd party costs.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle).
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
