Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Oracle Fusion EPM modules including Planning, Financials, and Reporting.
• Provide techno-functional expertise to configure and customize EPM applications for client needs.
• Lead end-to-end project implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live support.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and integrations using EPM tools.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for client teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless EPM deployments.
• Stay updated on Oracle EPM innovations and contribute to best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM/Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Proven techno-functional expertise in Fusion Planning, PBCS, or EPBCS.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning processes and ERP integrations.
• Oracle Fusion EPM certification (e.g., Planning Cloud Implementation Professional).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication abilities.
• Experience with SQL, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs preferred.
