Oracle seeks a Principal Fusion SCM Consultant for our Customer Success Services team in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities

• Provide expert consulting on Oracle Fusion SCM modules for supply chain management implementations.
• Design, configure, and customize Fusion SCM solutions to meet client business requirements.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements, and deliver fit-gap analysis for SCM projects.
• Develop and test integrations between Fusion SCM and other Oracle Cloud applications.
• Support go-live activities, including data migration, cutover planning, and hypercare.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex SCM issues and provide proactive performance optimization.
• Stay updated on Oracle SCM innovations and contribute to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle SCM, with 4+ years in Fusion Cloud SCM.
• Oracle Fusion SCM certification (e.g., Order Management, Inventory, Procurement).
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end Fusion SCM implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes in manufacturing or retail.
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing consulting in ME region.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar or UAE with travel as needed.
