Oracle is seeking a Principal GPU/AI Datacenter Planner to lead the strategic planning and optimization of GPU and AI infrastructure across our datacenter portfolio. This role involves forecasting demand, designing scalable architectures, and collaborating with engineering teams to deploy cutting-edge AI systems. Responsibilities

• Develop long-term capacity plans for GPU/AI datacenter resources, balancing demand forecasts with supply constraints.
• Design and optimize datacenter layouts for high-density GPU clusters and AI workloads.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors to evaluate and procure next-generation GPU and AI accelerators.
• Model power, cooling, and networking requirements for large-scale AI training and inference deployments.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute datacenter expansions and migrations for AI infrastructure.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance GPU utilization and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability goals through efficient resource planning and energy optimization.
• Provide executive-level reporting on datacenter capacity, costs, and AI readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in datacenter planning, capacity management, or infrastructure engineering.
• Deep expertise in GPU architectures (NVIDIA A100/H100, AMD MI series) and AI workload patterns.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale datacenter operations, including power, cooling, and networking.
• Proficiency in capacity planning tools, simulation software, and data analytics (Python, R).
• Proven track record leading complex infrastructure projects in cloud or enterprise environments.
