Overview

Join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) HR team in this full-time, onsite Principal HR Business Partner role in our Nashville office. As we modernize our HR operating model to support OCI’s rapid growth, partner closely with Executive Leadership to drive impactful people strategies. Be a strategic advisor shaping talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute talent management programs, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives tailored to OCI’s high-growth environment.
  • Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning for scaling teams.
  • Lead performance management processes, coaching leaders on goal setting and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence on compensation, benefits, and DEI programs.
  • Analyze people data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Foster inclusive leadership and mitigate risks through proactive employee relations support.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of HR business partnering experience, with 5+ years at a senior level in tech or high-growth companies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Proven track record partnering with C-suite executives on strategic people initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in talent acquisition, development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging HR metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
