Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and microservices architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform APIs and integration strategies.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure best practices in software development.
• Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and logging for production-grade applications.
• Drive technical innovation by evaluating and integrating emerging technologies into the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in distributed systems under tight deadlines.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps for platform evolution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Java backend development with deep expertise in Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
