As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer 4, you will collaborate with applied scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality generative AI models and services. Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced generative AI models for OCI services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of scientists and engineers to build scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize machine learning pipelines for performance, efficiency, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Drive innovation in AI agents and generative services to address customer business needs.
• Ensure robust data privacy, security, and compliance in all AI model implementations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps for Generative AI growth.
• Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and iterate based on real-world customer feedback.
• Integrate AI services with Oracle's cloud infrastructure for seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with focus on generative AI.
• Deep expertise in large language models, transformers, and AI model training/optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud ML frameworks.
• Proven track record delivering production-scale AI systems in cloud environments.
• Experience with data privacy, security best practices, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
