Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing programs from inception to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and quality standards.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and operations teams to develop scalable production strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and supply chain resilience.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies, including automation and AI-driven processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
• Develop and track key performance metrics (KPIs) for manufacturing operations and report to executive leadership.
• Mitigate risks in global supply chains through proactive forecasting and contingency planning.
• Mentor junior program managers and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing program management or supply chain operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record leading complex, high-stakes manufacturing programs in tech/hardware industries.
• Deep expertise in supply chain technologies, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle SCM), and data analytics.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and global teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at executive levels.
