As a Principal Member of Technical Staff in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical AI-powered healthcare solutions. You will mentor team members and shape technical strategy for high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable AI models for healthcare applications.
• Architect cloud-native solutions integrating AI with Oracle's healthcare platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute technical roadmaps.
• Implement and optimize machine learning pipelines for real-time patient insights.
• Drive innovation in AI-driven diagnostics, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to technical strategy and proof-of-concepts for emerging healthcare technologies.
• Ensure solutions meet regulatory standards like HIPAA and GDPR.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on AI/ML and cloud computing.
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems.
• Strong background in healthcare domain or enterprise software development.
• Proven track record leading technical teams on large-scale projects.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or AWS/GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor engineers.
