  • Experience with performance optimization, concurrency models, and low-level networking protocols
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to architectural decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience contributing to large-scale cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI
  • Background in autonomous systems, AI/ML ops, or self-optimizing infrastructure
  • Familiarity with OCI's architecture or comparable public cloud services
  • Publications, patents, or speaking experience in distributed systems conferences
  • Expertise in eBPF, WebAssembly, or advanced observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary, stock options, and performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with low employee premiums
  • Generous 401(k) matching and retirement savings plans
  • Flexible time off, including unlimited PTO and paid family leave
  • Professional development stipend for conferences, certifications, and advanced training
  • Hybrid work model with modern Seattle office amenities and remote collaboration tools
