Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable network solutions for OCI's global AI infrastructure.
• Lead automation initiatives using Python, Ansible, and Terraform for network provisioning.
• Optimize network performance, latency, and throughput across multi-region deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking with compute and storage systems.
• Implement and maintain network security policies, firewalls, and DDoS mitigation strategies.
• Drive capacity planning and forecasting for explosive growth in AI workloads.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to open-source networking projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues in production environments at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering with large-scale cloud environments.
• Deep expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SDN technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or C++ for network automation.
• Experience with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI) and bare-metal infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading network projects in high-growth environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
