Overview

Lead the product lifecycle and manufacturing site readiness for Supply Chain at Oracle. Work closely with Design Engineering, Service, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. Drive strategic initiatives from concept to production in a dynamic Nashville-based role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management for supply chain operations.
• Coordinate manufacturing site readiness and scalability initiatives.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to align product specs with production capabilities.
• Partner with Service teams to optimize post-launch support and logistics.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to meet business objectives.
• Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors for timely project delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Lead risk assessments and mitigation plans for supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, operations, or program management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex product lifecycle projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and site readiness.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and data analytics.
