Oracle, a global technology leader, seeks a Principal Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant for our Customer Success Services team in Doha, Qatar. Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, and FA.
• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions, extensions, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and OAF.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and configurations.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in Finance/ERP environments.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization for EBS applications and databases.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in Oracle EBS implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience with 5+ years in Finance modules (R12 preferred).
• Strong techno-functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, PO, and Fixed Assets.
• Proficiency in Oracle development tools: PL/SQL, Workflow, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, BI Publisher.
• Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, cloning, and patching processes.
• Functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site.
