Overview

Oracle is seeking a highly motivated Principal Product Manager to drive the end-to-end development of Clinical AI Agents—from concept to release. You will collaborate closely with data science, engineering, and UX teams to explore new opportunity spaces, define gold-standard training data requirements, guide the model development lifecycle, and deliver safe, effective, and clinically useful AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle for Clinical AI Agents, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Identify and explore emerging opportunities in clinical AI applications.
• Define requirements for high-quality, gold-standard training datasets.
• Collaborate with data science teams to guide AI model development and fine-tuning.
• Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, reliable agent deployment.
• Work with UX designers to create intuitive, clinician-friendly interfaces.
• Establish safety, efficacy, and regulatory compliance standards for AI agents.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, prioritize roadmaps, and measure product success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML or healthcare.
• Deep understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare data challenges.
• Proven track record shipping AI-powered products at scale.
• Strong technical knowledge of LLMs, agentic AI, and data annotation pipelines.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
