Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks an experienced Principal Product Manager - Cloud Security to drive next-generation cloud-native security solutions. You will own strategy and execution for high-assurance systems protecting mission-critical workloads for global enterprises and governments. This role offers a rare chance to shape foundational security capabilities in one of the world’s largest clouds, blending cutting-edge research with hyperscale deployment.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy for cloud-native security services, including identity, encryption, and threat detection.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and customer teams to prioritize features and roadmaps.
• Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration based on customer feedback.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to position OCI security as industry-leading.
• Engage with enterprise and government customers to understand security needs and validate solutions.
• Partner with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and enablement materials.
• Measure product success through KPIs, driving continuous improvement and adoption.
• Champion security best practices across OCI, influencing platform-wide architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in cloud security or cybersecurity products.
• Deep expertise in cloud computing, hyperscale infrastructure, and security technologies (e.g., IAM, encryption, zero-trust).
• Proven track record of launching successful enterprise security products at scale.
• Strong technical background with ability to engage with engineers on complex distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management and customer interactions.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
