Oracle is seeking a Principal Product Manager with expertise in LLMs and Generative AI to lead the discovery, definition, development, and release of Clinical AI Agents. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for Clinical AI Agents, from ideation to launch.
• Conduct market research and customer discovery with clinicians and healthcare providers.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and requirements for LLM-powered AI solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver scalable AI products.
• Prioritize features using data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Drive go-to-market strategy, including pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on metrics and stakeholder input.
• Advocate for ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in AI/ML or healthcare tech.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and their applications in healthcare.
• Proven track record launching AI products that improve clinical workflows.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA) and clinical operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
