Overview

Drive rapid customer adoption of Oracle IaaS platforms by collaborating directly with customers and account teams to anticipate and address needs. Lead product strategy to enhance cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless integration and scalability. Partner cross-functionally to deliver innovative features that accelerate customer success and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to identify pain points and drive IaaS platform adoption.
• Collaborate with account teams to develop tailored strategies for customer success.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with customer feedback and market trends.
• Analyze usage data to anticipate evolving customer needs and opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IaaS features and enhancements.
• Conduct competitive analysis to position Oracle platforms as industry leaders.
• Champion customer-centric initiatives to accelerate migration to cloud infrastructure.
• Measure and report on adoption metrics, influencing strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, preferably in cloud/IaaS environments.
• Proven track record driving customer adoption of enterprise software platforms.
• Deep understanding of IaaS technologies and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong experience working cross-functionally with sales and account teams.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging C-level executives and customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
