Oracle Health is seeking a Principal Product Manager - Order Management to drive product design and modernization of Orders workflows within our EHR platform. Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Order Management workflows in Oracle Health EHR.
• Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, and stakeholders to identify pain points and define innovative solutions.
• Design intuitive user experiences that streamline ordering processes and improve clinical efficiency.
• Drive product modernization efforts, including integration with AI/ML and emerging healthcare technologies.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather requirements to inform product decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features, manage delivery timelines, and ensure high-quality releases.
• Measure product success through KPIs, user feedback, and adoption metrics to iterate and optimize.
• Champion customer-centric innovation, transforming clinician and patient experiences in healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years in healthcare or EHR systems.
• Proven track record leading complex product initiatives in workflow automation or clinical applications.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinician needs, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
• Strong technical acumen with experience in SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud-based healthcare solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
