Overview

Lead a high-impact team as the central resource driving the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing of Oracle products from conception to distribution. Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, roadmap, and strategy for assigned Oracle product lines.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure seamless product lifecycle execution.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and identify competitive opportunities.
• Drive requirements gathering, prioritization, and specification for product features and enhancements.
• Oversee quality assurance, testing processes, and manufacturing scalability from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans.
• Monitor product performance metrics, gather feedback, and iterate on continuous improvements.
• Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years in enterprise software or cloud products.
• Proven track record leading products from conception through distribution at scale.
• Deep experience in design, manufacturing, testing, and quality processes for complex products.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases, or SaaS platforms.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
