Responsibilities

• Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Data Protection and High Availability products.
• Design innovative product features addressing mission-critical database challenges.
• Lead cross-functional teams through product development and release cycles.
• Conduct market analysis and gather customer requirements for roadmap prioritization.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful launches.
• Track product performance metrics and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Represent Oracle at industry events and build strategic partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted product positioning and enablement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, preferably in data protection or databases.
• Proven track record launching enterprise software products.
• Deep understanding of high availability, backup, and recovery technologies.
• Strong strategic thinking and go-to-market execution experience.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
