Overview

Oracle’s Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) team is pioneering high-scale IaaS and PaaS technologies for a distributed multi-tenant cloud environment. Our customers power their businesses on OCI, and we deliver top-tier compute, storage, networking, database, security, and expanding cloud services. The OCI Product Management and Customer Engineering team drives product vision, incubation, and development across the entire platform.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for key OCI services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and customers to shape product vision.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cloud products at scale.
• Drive product incubation from ideation through initial development phases.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and validate product features.
• Measure product success through KPIs and iterate based on data insights.
• Represent OCI in industry forums and contribute to strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, strategy, or related roles in cloud/tech.
• Proven experience in IaaS/PaaS, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing, multi-tenant architectures, and scale.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to influence engineering roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
