Position Overview

Oracle is seeking an innovative Principal Product Marketing Representative to drive product content and programs for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. In this pivotal role, you will develop compelling marketing strategies, create high-impact content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue growth. This position offers the opportunity to influence Oracle's market leadership in cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM solutions while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to drive demand generation and pipeline growth.
  • Create compelling product content including whitepapers, case studies, datasheets, and website copy tailored to target personas.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and field teams to define messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of product launch campaigns, webinars, and virtual events to maximize market impact.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation strategies.
  • Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize SEO, paid media, and content syndication for Fusion Cloud Applications.
  • Measure and report on marketing program effectiveness using KPIs such as MQLs, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Represent Oracle at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings to evangelize Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members and contribute to best practices for product marketing excellence.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives by crafting targeted campaigns for existing Fusion Cloud customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in enterprise software or SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of developing successful go-to-market strategies for cloud-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise applications markets including ERP, HCM, or SCM.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level content.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or similar enterprise cloud solutions.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B marketing automation and intent data platforms.
  • Previous experience in competitive intelligence and win/loss analysis.
  • Public speaking experience at industry conferences or customer events.
