Overview

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Product Solutions Engineering team seeks an experienced Principal Product Solutions Architect for OCI’s Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy customers in the United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs and systems to deliver innovative cloud solutions. Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable software solutions for OCI DRCC and Alloy platforms.
• Develop high-performance programs and systems to meet customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues in cloud infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and features.
• Conduct technical deep dives and provide solutions guidance to customers.
• Optimize system performance and reliability for dedicated cloud deployments.
• Lead proof-of-concept implementations and pilots for new technologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in solutions engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and cloud architecture.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or comparable cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or C++.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, networking, and containerization (Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
