Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable customer onboarding journeys for OCI Dedicated Cloud.
• Develop comprehensive training programs to empower customers and partners.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-value metrics.
• Analyze onboarding data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Lead program management for dedicated cloud customer success initiatives.

• Measure and report on key performance indicators for onboarding effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management, preferably in cloud or enterprise software.
• Proven experience delivering customer onboarding at scale.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and dedicated cloud models.
• Excellent project management skills with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
