Position Overview

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) seeks a Principal Program Manager, Global Physical Security – Construction & Expansion, to lead the end-to-end delivery of physical security systems for new builds and site expansions across OCI’s global footprint. This role requires a seasoned leader to orchestrate complex, multi-region projects, ensuring seamless integration of advanced security technologies while adhering to stringent compliance standards. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and vendor teams to deliver secure, scalable facilities that support OCI's rapid global growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for physical security system deployments in new OCI data centers and site expansions worldwide
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies for multi-million-dollar construction initiatives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, legal, and operations, to align on security requirements and deliverables
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management for security system integrators and construction partners
• Ensure compliance with global physical security standards, regulations, and Oracle policies across all project phases
• Drive the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality targets
• Conduct post-project reviews, document lessons learned, and continuously improve program management processes
• Collaborate with OCI's global real estate and facilities teams to integrate security into broader site development strategies
• Provide executive-level reporting and presentations on program status, achievements, and future roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification required
• 10+ years of experience in program/project management within physical security, construction, or critical infrastructure sectors
• Proven track record managing large-scale, global construction projects with budgets exceeding $10M
• Deep expertise in physical security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and perimeter security
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, from design through commissioning and handover
• Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and third-party risk assessment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at executive levels
• Willingness to travel globally up to 50% to oversee projects across multiple regions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications in physical security (e.g., CPP, PSP) or construction management
• Experience in hyperscale data center construction or cloud infrastructure deployments
• Familiarity with international building codes, standards (e.g., BICSI, NFPA), and data center security best practices
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Jira
• Prior experience in high-security environments, such as government or financial services facilities
