The Data Center Infrastructure Delivery team at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure delivers state-of-the-art data centers at scale and pace. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee technical design, procurement, and on-site construction activities.
• Develop and execute project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and quality assurance processes.
• Drive sustainability initiatives and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reporting.
• Collaborate with network and infrastructure teams for seamless integration.
• Foster innovation to optimize data center efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project/program management, preferably in data centers or construction.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of data center design, construction, and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
